Short Stack @ UC
Tonight I was asked to photograph a band called "Short Stack". I had heard of them before, but never listened to their music so had no idea what to expect. When I rocked up at the venue I was greeted by a huge line of mid to late teens, some with parents in tow.
I can't say I was a huge fan of their music but they were fantastic to photograph and very keen on playing up for the cameras.

"Annie" - Photoshoot
Today I did a photoshoot with one of my oldest theatre friends, Annie, whom I have known since 2001.

"Kate" - Photoshoot
This morning I had a photoshoot with local Canberra model, Kate C down by the lake. Winter had finally decided to join us, with the temperature outside barely hovering about 10 Degrees Celsius. It warmed up though and turned into a brilliant day.

"Leanne" - Photoshoot
Today I had my first photoshoot with a makeup artist as well as a model. Leanne, a friend of mine wanted to get some shots done so organised for her friend Jessica.
We spent the day taking some funky photos, experimenting with different outfit, location and makeup combination's.
"Angeline" - Photoshoot
This morning I had a photoshoot with a new and upcoming local model; Angeline. We had a great morning taking photos in some of my favorite locations. She had recently "gone blonde" and wanted to show it off.

Her profile on ModelMayhem can be found here.
Corinbank 2010 - "The Cashews"
The highlight of this years Corinbank for me (and I think many others), was a "Floating Guerrilla Gig" by the Canberra band; "The Cashews." Last year, "The Cashews" performed their last concert at Corinbank 2009 and then put the band on hiatus.
Luckily for us, the lure of the festival was too strong and they dedcided to return and perform a tiny acoustic gig. Floating on a makeshift raft in the middle of a small pond, it was a truly magical thing to see and great to just sit on the bank of the pond and listen to some fantastic acoustic melodies.

Corinbank 2010
Well, Another Corinbank Festival has come and gone and what a fantastic weekend it was.
Heaps of bands and many other things to keep everybody occupied.
It's so hard to describe what a Corinbank Festival is like, so I will let some photos tell the story of life, "Off the Stages".
